Hi i’m Chantelle! I help adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained regain their balance and navigate life with more clarity and peace. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship shifts, or major life transitions, I provide a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space to heal and grow.

Drawing from over 10 years in human services and years as a licensed therapist, I use practical, evidence-based approaches (including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness) tailored to you. My style is grounded, culturally responsive, and focused on real-world skills that help you build resilience and feel like yourself again

Chantelle is in INN with Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser and Carefirst BCBCS. Self Pay and OON rates are $165 per appointment


Education

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Morgan State University and hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor, I bring over a decade of experience in human services and clinical practice, with active licensure across Maryland, Alabama, Colorado, and Pennsylvania.
